Helens is a Shoegaze / Dream Pop quartet based out of Portland, Oregon. Their debut full length album, Somewhere In Nowhere, was released in 2022 via Bud Tapes. 

Somewhere In Nowhere carries the listener from wistful wash to searing sonics infusing the band's unique Shoegaze/Post-Rock mixture with lush Dream Pop melodies.

Since the albums release, Helens have toured up and down the west coast and played festivals such as Treefort, Tremolo, and Dreamgaze.

Helens are currently preparing to release a Split EP with Boston shoegazers, Slow Quit, via Pleasure Tapes and will be touring the Pacific Northwest Spring 2026.
